Thinking about lowering my Esky ESV

You have torsion bars in the front as opposed to coils that the 07+ have. It can be done in yours but will be more expensive and not bolt on.

By expensive you are saying how much $$$ do you think?

It depends, how mechanically inclined are you? There are kits you can by buy the only one I had experience with was not very good. You will have to remove torsion bars, and weld on an upper bag bracket, there may have been more that I am forgetting. Call some shops in the area and ask on the front. I can help you out with a bolt on rear if you are interested.

Well I don't have tools or a jack to do this myself. Might have friends able to help me do it though.

Please if they have not done this type of thing before have a shop do it. You are going to be removing torsion bars and welding on the brackets which if done correctly could be dangerous. With that said lookaround for kids for your year, should be the same as Silverado.

That's why I thought and was told accuair e level would work. I see a 2006 silver ado with it on and would think that's similar to mine. However I don't see on their website my brand yet.

You are thinking too far ahead with e-level, e-level is what controls the height of the bags but until you actually have a plan for the front is not important.
