Try this, look up the blue book value. Makes me want to bang my head off a wall.

At one point, I was looking at a denali and the guy was looking over my truck for a trade in and was like,
"so it was crashed?"
no, why?
"well the emblems are not on it, that's how I knew, we can give you $5000 for it"
Oh ok, did you know it has a $4000 motor in it?
"No it doesn't, the odometer says 145000, that is the same motor it came with"
Good bye.

I'll tell you what to do about stubborn bolts....from my experience working on 50 year old cars....Get yourself some pblaster and some kano kroil. Soak them in either and let 'em sit for a good while...even overnight on the bad stuff like exhaust bolts. Then, get yourself an air ratchet....it's like a mini impact gun, the fast ratcheting really breaks the tough stuff loose. Just a word to the wise, don't grab the nuts or bolts right away as they'll burn the crap out of your hand.

It's the stuff my dad swears by. I've had good luck with pblaster when wd40 just won't cut it. The kano kroil has pulled off some miracles for my dad. He works on huge old engines that used to power factories and oil fields and a lot of the time they've been sitting outside for like 60 years. He can break loose a bunch of stuff I would have written off.

One of his youtube vids if you're curious what he works on:
