So this will be my 3rd service call on my 2017 Tahoe LT.

Unless someone can post a solution, my passenger side wiper fluid nozzle won't spray at all, last 2 sevice calls they cleaned the lines, and I believe replaced the nozzles .

Now its a month later, my 36,000 mile warranty is over, and the damn nozzle doesn't work AGAIN.

Pump motors work great, is taking off the plastic cover and seeing what the hell is going on, relatively easy on a Tahoe? I can do basic mechanical, but really don't want to screw up a 2 year old truck.

ANY and ALL replies are appreciated!!!

Which cover, at the bottom of the windshield? Most things now are push clips, prob just pull hard and firm but carefully..

Just asking...

Where are you at and how cold is it there? Is your fluid freezing in that part of the line?

I see that you're probably in Florida.

I'd take the nozzle off and thoroughly purge that line.

Usually if the Dealer does work on your truck it is covered for 12 months/12,000 miles. Good luck.
