hello guys i am new to the forums, i have been looking around and this place looks pretty cool :)

but anyways i was just asking some opinions about what i'm doing to my white 04 yukon. And my job atm is minimum wage so i won't be expecting anything too big as in lifts, drops, rims, engine, etc., just a little on the exterior.

I'm going with some projector headlights, tail lights (not LED, yet) bumper lights, tint, and maybe de-badging and other stuffz.

take a look and tell me what you guys think and if they go good or not

headlights: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?VISuperSize&item=140348605463

Bumper Lights: http://www.dashzracing.com/Lighting...erra-Denali-Bumper-Lights-Black-p7589505.html

Tail Lights: http://www.carid.com/popup_image.ph...le=EURO STYLE Carbon Fiber Tail Lights&area=C

And then maybe some 30 or 35% tint on the front windows, middle and back ones are already good i think..

Comments and concerns are greatly appreciated :)

Those bumper lights are for a Denali. Won't fit a regular Yukon.

Welcome to the forums first of all. :welcome: The choices you have listed all look good to me thus far and are a good route to go for cost effective modding for those on a budget (which is most everyone anymore). Aside from changing the bumper lights to Yukon ones I say get them!

Here you go bro.. these will fit your 'kon :) Closest thing I could find to all black.. DOT now mandates amber reflectors. They stopped selling the all black ones I believe. I got lucky with my all clear and all white LED ones.

Also.. why not go with LED's now? They're safer for people behind you.. last longer than incodescent, look better.. and if you're going to spend the money might as well do it now..

Most aftermarket clear plastic lens are not in good quality. they will fade to yellow color within few years. i guess when you buy them it's a hit & misses how long they will last. You can also buy Novus and clean them regularly.

I've headlight lens in my pictures. I took those off since they faded color. If you want them I can give you to you for free. It has 3 led's on each sides and Halo's but I think Halo is gone. You can prob use Novus to clean it.

Yeah.. halo's don't last forever.. and you gotta keep in mind that just one side of halo's might go out.. making it look weird. I'm taking the risk with mine.. but by then i'll just seperate my headlights and install really nice halo's.

lol well when i posted this thread i had already ordered EVERYTHING so i guess it was a little too late. And on top of that, at the time i didn't have much money so i didn't think buying the LED's would be a good idea. But in the future i will definately get some LED's. Plus my Yukon has 100k miles on it. Not expecting it to last forever, or for much longer. Just wanted to spice it up a little for the time that i do still have it :)

The bumper lights will not fit no. It's a misprint on their website where it says Yukon & Denali. That style will only fit the Yukon Denali and NOT the Yukon. The ones here that Titanium linked will fit though.

you should definitely debadge and take moldings off especially if you have the wide black moldings which is what I had on mine
