I honestly don’t understand why they decided to put a giant volume knob at the base of the screen. Ford has done the same in some of their setups and it looks terrible. I like having physical buttons but that’s not the way to go. One physical button in the middle of a touch screen, from a detailers standpoint is just obnoxious. It’s a pain in the butt to clean and keep clean, especially the texture of that knob with all its little grooves. I think it should either be all touch screen or screens with just a few simple smooth push buttons not mounted in the middle of the screen.

And when that screen starts "ghosting" and going crazy things might get real scary. Sensitive large touch screens in an unstable setting with wildly varying temperatures and humidity is not a good application I think. Time will tell.

On the Denali version, the air vents on the side of the screen look weird as they are placed too low. The regular GMC looks way better.

I was a skeptic, but now that it’s in my garage I really like the new screen. I haven’t driven a 24 to compare it to, FWIW. Everything is well laid and thought out, and the screen is quite responsive. Very happy with the choice to go 25 vs 24.

Well you have hands on experience, so that counts for a lot. I’m glad you like it.

I personally don’t like a tablet floating in the middle of my dash. The 2025 Tahoe looks awesome!

Its laughable in my opinion. It was shocking when we saw it. The Chevy line is much more integrated.

It looks like the newer trend in my opinion is for large but nicely integrated screens, not a 22" TV in the middle of your dash.

Curious to see what everyone thinks.
100% agreed. That screen is hideous. The Tahoe is where it is at. Inside and out, the Tahoe is a much nicer refresh from the Yukon.

I have a 21- so people that have the newer models-
Is the "home" screen anything but grey? nice colors on every other screen, the home screen is just text and grey
can you favorite songs and/or artists? or just stations still?
is there a way to move the camera button to the bottom on the screen so you dont have to sit in a parking lot looking for the screen when parking?
can you adjust the time the power running boards stay extended? mine seem to retract in a few seconds, it would be nice for them to stay out longer

I was at the Dealer yesterday for service on our 2022 Denali. I looked at the screens on the new Buick Enclave, GMC Acadia, Yukon Denali, and the Hummers. I like the Buick the least but from the position of sitting in the Driver's seat you can see everything pretty well. I thought I would not like the Acadia and Yukon screens but again, from the Driver's seat they are pretty good. The Hummer I do not like, especially at that price point. Overall I do prefer the look of our 2022 Denali layout. The new Acadia and Denali screens would not be a deal breaker for me if I was in the market for a new vehicle.
