Has anyone gone from a yukon front end to Tahoe? I love my yukon but if I could have the Tahoe front end with the perks of the Denali package it would be perfect....just throwing it our there! I think it would compliment the lifted look a little better. It may be a stupid idea, unless I found a trade, but just curious if anyone has done this!

Yes a member on here Blazed did that very thing. Bought a Denali and converted over to a Tahoe front

Yep...blazed did exactly what you're talking about. IMO, if that's what you want go buy a Tahoe and sell the Denali but that's just me lol

For some reason Tahoe prices are higher than Denali's here. IDK if they are just not as popular i.e. the higher tahoe price or what....

I guess if I found someone that wanted to trade I'd do it, but not go out and buy every little piece lol $$$$$

His truck looks great BTW. That WDT on a tahoe is perfect

exactly why I said just sell the denali and get a tahoe if that's what you're wanting. Not worth the money to do that front swap IMO

I did this couldn't be happier! I got all oem body parts, core support, and headlight harness from Craigslist for $900 and I mean that was a steal to me.
I'm honestly not sure if I needed the core support but the headlights is definitely the tricky part and that was very easy.

I tried to plug the Tahoe harness into the fuse block directly but that didn't work so I chopped the Tahoe harness up and made a custom harness so Tahoe headlights would plug and play. However I left all the Yukon plugs in the harness should I ever HAVE to go back to a Yukon headlights for whatever reason.

Haven't had any issues at all and it's been converted since August. Hope this helps!
