Throttle Body Spacer on 03' Yukon

Will a throttle spacer fit on my Yukon with a cold air, and the factory fan? Because we had to trim the fan shroud so the K&N Intake kit would fit. Does anyone know a company that sells a dual fan kit without having to pay an arm and a leg?

Don's waste your money on a throttle body spacer. If you do a search you'll find plenty of information on them.
