Ok fellas, it's been awhile since I've been on, but you've all been thought about. anyways, i've had LOTS of offers from people to buy my hoe since it's been painted (Had one 11,000 offer that i probably should've taken but honestly i dont want to sell). Here's my question. If you were the owner of my tahoe, how much would it take to buy it off of you??

Here's some mods and work that's been added:

New Black paintjob
New KMC XD Series Rockstars
New Maxxis Bighorn
New Ball Joints & Pitman arm
Year-Old AC Compressor
Year-Old Transfer Case
New Blacked Out Lights
New 2" Reflexxion Cowl Hood
New U-Joints
New 6.5's, 4x9's, and Radio
Two 12" Kickers w/ HiFonics Amp
Complete Husky Liner Mats
Undercarriage Rhino Lined
New Aftermarket Duramax Mirrors

I know its not perfect, but it's far from bad. I'm not one of those peolpe who thinks there automobile is worth way more than it actually is. I'm just curious as to what other hoe's think...NOT KBB or that shit

11 THOUSAND. YOU DIDN'T TAKE ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. wow.

In my opinion you shouldn't let that thing go for less than 8 grand, hopefully all the offers you get should be pretty high.

I see it this way Trace; If you really like the truck there is nothing wrong with wanting to keep it. You have put a lot of work into that thing and it looks great. Nothing really compares to using the object of your creation and getting complements.

If you like this type of work, and it seems you do, use your truck as a sales tool to customize other peoples trucks. Or you could buy another to build and sell. Of course you always run the risk of not being able to sell it after wards. Your market for sales narrows as people that may not have the same tastes as you.

You're young and have a chance to build a nice little business for yourself. Even if it's something you do in your spare time.

BTW I'll be cruisin' my hoe through Georgia in the next couple weeks. Headin' to Savannah.

One day you will regret passing up 11K for that!! With that said I'm going to go lower than most and say it's actually worth closer to $7k and that's because it's in really good shape. Normally, aftermarket goodies and custom touches do not add monetary value to any vehicle.

07burb is correct. It's sad really but you will never get anywhere close to what you paid for all of the extras. That's why I always save the old stuff so I can swap it out if I need to. 7k is much closer to what it would realistically sell for. Your hoe is nicer than mine though I would never sell mine. It's my first car and I want to have it 40 years from now :) I love my hoe!!
