Shop said my front Tie Rod is bad. I've been looking for some info on this site but no luck. Is it hard to change?

Nope, not usually, pull the cotter pin if you have one, back off the nut till it's flush with the end of the stud, use a BFH to loosen it, then fully remove it. Replace with the new one, grease it up and you are done. Get an alignment after just in case.

if you're going to go through the trouble to do one, do all 4 and be done with it.

If you're doing all 4 at once replace the tubes and do one side at a time, measure the old vs the new and get it the same as it was, driving to the alignment shop may not even be necessary afterwards.
