Tighten Fuel Cap + No Codes + Random Starting Issues = Fuel System?

Of course I did not get a "tighten fuel cap" message this morning, nor did I get one leaving work this evening. That said, I did get the half-crank start leaving work.

Got home and replaced the solenoid and will report back in the morning when I do a cold start. I did notice that the o ring for the solenoid I took off was grooved (see pic). It was kinda hard to pull out of the slot on the intake manifold, while the AC Delco one was easy to insert (it's slightly loose compared to the aftermarket one). I would have imagined the size of the o ring to be bigger on the OEM one but I am not going to question it right now especially since the aftermarket o ring got caught up during install.
