below 40 degrees, you don;t have problems with salt/spray causing oxydation. It;s those lucky people who pull their cars into their garages, where they stay at amodest temp, that really need to wash their cars off a lot.

Shoot, I need to go pull mine into the garage, it is supposed to be snowing, and I don;t feel like cleaning windows after I washed it at 6 am in the rain on the 23rd.

Also, doesn't it only cause damage when it's wet? I guess that is kind of what you saying.
