Tire config question

Currently i am running a set of 24x9.5 KMC shilo wheels. I would like to do a suspension lift as well as some agressive looking MTs but i cannot find anything other than the Kumho Road Venture MT KL71 which are 35x12.5. My question could i fit those on my current wheels, or does someone make a set of 35's that im just not seeing?

Kumho, nitto, toyo, ss m16s, are all made in 24" wheel sizes from 40s-37s

but will a 12.5 tire fit a 9.5 rim?

they appear to have a diameter of 32 1/2 so we will call it a 33. what kind of lifting/trimming/tucking/etc would i need to do to fit them? Brands would be great too.
