Tire Pressure Monitor System

I got an LED flash on the instrament cluster to service Tire Pressure Monitoring System, and now it says low tire pressure, But I checked the air pressure on all 4 tires and my spare does not have a sensor on it. Is this something I need to go to the dealer for or can I reset or service this myself.
