Bought some bf goodrich all terrain ko2 tires. Lt265/65r18. Putting them on my 2007 yukon. What should tire pressure be? I'm getting conflicting answers. Tires themselves say cold 80 lbs.

I would start at the recommended pressure on the sticker in the driver's door jam. Not the max pressure on the GVWR sticker.

Tweak from there as desired for optimal ride and handling.

We have run that very tire on our trucks between 42-45 psi depending on tire wear. BFGoodrich's website may still provide recommended air pressures when switching from P-Metric to LT tires. Back in 2017 they recommended 50 psi and then dropped it around the same time I saw the center of my tread wearing faster then the outside.

For max comfort, especially with very light or no weight loading and lazy driving, you can go as low as 30psi.
Although I'll never go under 36psi myself unless I happen to be trying to get unstuck.

The harder the vehicle / tire is working / playing, the more psi the tire needs to protect everything, including itself.
For example, autocross / drift driving typically starts at 44psi.

depends on what you want from them. towing you need to air them up based on tongue weight but don't go over max.

softest ride, on the low side of the factory recommended, like. 30iish.

Longevity run a pressure there they wear even. to high wears middle, to low wears the outside.

I think the recommendations above of 40ish is a good starting place.

I alway lean towards softer since I like a smoother ride and less rattles in my old age haha.
