Not likely factory, but many shops take the whole link off when doing the arms and rod ends. Easy to reinstall wrong. If previous owner had any work done on the front end it's definitely something to look at. I try to mention it any time someone talks about what seems like crow hopping. Damn thing drove me nuts for over 4 years.
