Tire rubs

What do you guys do on the driver side where the tire rubs the fender liner by the washer jug? Ive got 275/55/20s with stock suspension and want to lower but im already rubbing.

It's rubbing on full lock turns or sooner?

Not quite to full lock. Is there a way to move the washer tank and liner forward?

let it rub a groove in.. thats what i did with 24's
