Tire Screeching

Noticed that a tire/tires screeching when turning. I'm not going fast. I also hear what sounds like my brake wear indicators, when I am NOT on the brakes....but also when I am on the brakes.
Does this sound like a locked up caliper to anyone? (I'm going to check the brakes for wear first chance I get).

Is the tire dragging when you turn? Is it at full lock? Do you have oversized wheels/tires? AWD, 4WD, 2WD? As for your brakes, check your pads. You can see if the squeeler tip is touching the rotor or not.
