I've got toyo tires on my Tahoe and there are a bunch of little spots all around the tire that are peeling. They are all along the lines that you can see in the picture, which I'm guessing is where its sealed up, so my question is: is this a problem that I need to fix, or is there a way that I can repair it. Thanks!
