Tire Size on TBSS 22x9 with 2/3 drop on Tahoe

If I can get what I want for my TBSS next week on trade in I'll be taking over my wife's Tahoe. Ive decided to sell her Enkei Ikei chrome 24s and go with gunmetal gray TBSS 22 reps. Even though they're 2" smaller than I want they're the exact look I'm going for. I want as much sidewall and width as possible without any major rubbage. With that said knowing these wheels and their offset can I run a 305/40/22? No way could I do 45s could I on the drop? Is the 305 gonna be a problem? What size is the direction to go?

No drop on mine (soon though I hope...) and I have 305/35/24s and it rubs when i'm in reverse backing into parking spots. so yes for sure with a drop it will rub.

Ive got 295/35/24s with no rub right now on 2/3 drop. I wanna know 305/40/22 and 305/45 with this 9" wide wheel and the offset it has.

Should be able to sometimes you have to remove the splash shield.
