How do Ya'll think 2000-2006 Tahoe door Badges painted black on My 08 LTZ would look? I have them done like that on My 01.

The old plastic ones? If so please dont. Not on an LTZ, haha. Have the new TAHOE letters painted black. That'd be cool.

Similar to freshening up an OBS or NBS with NNBS emblems, adding older emblems to a newer truck will make it look dated. I say no.

Painted out (so it doesn't look so plastic) might look cool. I was going to put some OBS badges on my '02, but never got around to it. But, those were also a lot more alike.

Do you have the stock lettering on there now? If not, just loop some painter's tape on the back of the badge and mock it up for us to see.

Why do you say that? My front emblem has been plastidipped for like a year and has been washed many times in that time.
