Speaking to the fuel trims. The guy that tunes this was a dumbazz so this isn’t a normal problem. I feel like the tune is the cause of the problem and you need someone else to look at it. I wonder if he tried to add chop in the tune and messed it up. It seems like the fuel trims are chasing or reacting to some other cause.
What does your spark advance do when this is happening?

I honestly don't know. What should I be looking for? I'm using a regular scanner, not the Tech2. And you're spot on about the guy who tuned it. I eventually want to get someone else to do the tune. I'm sure he left alot on the table--with the tune.

I just looked, trans line popped off like it did 3-4 yrs ago.

damn, sucks for sure, Double hose clamp helps that out, Ive got some trans lines on my 56 that are done that way to adapt the cooler on, double clamps never leak or failed.

At least it should be an easy fix, frustrating but easy.

There’s no flare on that hard line. It needs something to stop that hose from sliding off. Personally I would make some AN lines and buy some fittings but at the very least, put a flare on that line and use a quality clamp. Sorry to see you stranded bro. It’s also not good for the trans to dump its fluid.
