Does anyone know were I could purchase the torsion bar subframe bushing for an 04 tahoe

they are called front spring insulators and you can get them from the dealer for 40.00 bux each the part number is 20829013 they are a pain in the ass to put them in.

it is welded to the frame. you have to cut the old ones off and have the new ones welded on. bit of a pain in the ass.

So you just cant replace the bushings
