So im sure sure someone has had this problem, im just unable to find any info on it.
I put the 2.5" block in the rear with some coil overs and I went ahead and crank my Tbars to match. At first it looked great, however it seems that after a month or so the front end is back down enough to notice easily. Any way to keep this from happening?

I have never heard of torsion bars sagging out that much, that fast. But I guess if they are old... If you look at your adjusting bolt and its near maxed out (which should be the case with 2.5" up) then you will need to replace your torsion bars.

Mine is a 4 door. So some 3/4T bars wont fit :(
Here it is right after I cranked them.

I just want the front end to match up with the 2.5 in the rear. Which i did mainly so the slightly bigger tires would fit. I put the coil overs in the rear to stiffen it up and get rid of the spongy ride. Hopefully it will much taller than 2.5" here pretty soon.

I just have the stock leafs re arched and then the coil overs. They are in the stock location, that and the 2.5 " block give the truck a nice stance over the 285s. I just want the front end to match, like i said i get it there, but then it falls out around a month or so later :( Id be pretty happy with my tahoe at your stance..ha
what is that? 8" or so?

Heres a picture

Yeah, my tahoe is an 8" front lift.

I'm not so sure that coilover in conjunction with the leaf pack is a good idea. I wish I could tell you why, maybe someone else will chime in. I've never seen this done but I'm sure different psring rates could cause issues??

Back to you lift issue, maybe a body lift and lower the ass a little?

Thanks for the input, i just havent had hardly any expierence with these. Ha i got the hoe bone stock when i was in the 11th grade. Id like to do a nice 6" which should be coming soon if i find the right lift. Id REALLY like a nice dana 60..haha but i dont see that in my near future. I dont know about body lift because my grill guard is bolted two holes deep into my frame..
