I have a question. Should I use the belltech 2" lowering keys or stay with the stock 3/4 ton keys? Or is there any difference?

If you want 1" lower go with keys. 2" do drop spindles. Keys at 2" will ride like shit.

You're posting this question in the '07+ forum where '07+ trucks don't have torsion bars/keys. That probably has a lot to do with the lack of replies.

I moved the thread for you.

As others said, if your going to go 2", your best ride will be spindles. Keys will be OK, but not great.

Thanks!!

You guys are all great. I'm for sure going to do the spindles. A little hard right now on a soon to be divorced budget. First I need to check out the drivers side torsion bar. I believe it needs replaced. The key is almost cranked all the way up and still rides super ******* the bump stop. I noticed when I put the 3/4 ton keys in when I took the adjuster bolt out there was no pressure on the key from the torsion bar. I could actually wiggle the key without the clamp. And it hits the hardest on bumps on the drivers side

Changed out the torsion bar last night and huge differance. Got some z71 bumpstops for the front. And some shorter sway bar links. Slowly but Shirley coming together.
