Tow Eye question

I bought a used 2018 Yukon XL.
Behind the tow eye cap (part number) on the rear bumper, there's a lock covering the hole where I assume you are supposed to attach the tow hook, and I don't have a key. Is this lock an OEM part where I'd have to go to the dealer to get the key or do I need to get a locksmith to remove this?
