I've been looking for towing mirrors for my 2015 Yukon.

The 2015/2016 Yukons (and I assume the same for Tahoes) have very small outside mirrors that are worthless when towing an 8 ft wide trailer.

So far I have found that only the "universal" towing mirrors will fit this vehicle. The "universal" mirrors are either clip ons to the existing outside mirrors or mirrors that strap to the side of the vehicle. The clip ons vibrate terribly and I would be concerned that the strap ons would scratch the door paint.

Has anyone found a decent towing mirror or know if **** or some other manufacturer has a custom mirror in development?

Thanks for any input.

I have the GM towing mirrors that came on my 2007 Sierra, the parts manuals say they will fit my 2014 Yukon, they are big and power adjust, heated, manual telescope. Check Kool vue to see if they have set that will fit.

So far all I've found are universal style as well. Custom fit slip on would be ideal.

I suspect that getting a set of silverado towing mirrors would cost more, at least from a dealer. Though from what I've read they won't bolt on, anyone have any info on that?

Of course to be honest, I'd rather not install silverado mirrors, I would prefer the slip on/off.

I have my parts guy at my dealer in Ft. Lauderdale checking to see if the Sierra/Silverado tow mirrors will bolt on...if the Tahoe/Yukon base is the same they will...fingers crossed.

I tow a 26' Formula that with trailer is over 30' long...I know I won't be able to see much with the stock mirrors.

GM has 75% of the SUV market and a large number of us use our vehicles to tow trailers. You would think that some smart after market mirror company would be all over this !!??

Just received a message from K-Source. They just introduced a tow mirror for the 2016 Yukon Denali. Should be available for purchase by May 24th at many suppliers. It is Model KS80920.
Finally.

Sweet! Any idea if it's going to be an OE Replacement or a snap-on?
