Towing road trip

Towed like a champ. Didn’t buy her for the mileage but performance. 600+ miles with cruise set on 73 - got there quickly to maximize vacation time. Boat and truck loaded up. The tow haul mode really works especially on back roads steep downhills with tranny assist braking. Much better than my ‘10 with the 6 speed.

Surprised, your mastercraft must be heavier than my ranger...I did 1K miles w/ my 6.2L Denali this spring, about half 74MPH on interstate, about half 2 lane roads, mostly flat, some minor hills, I averaged 12.6MPG. Lifetime towing my 19ft Ranger is 12.7. Agree though, tows like a boss...transmission like butter.

My Mastercraft is 22’6” so likely heavier plus she was loaded in every storage locker with vacation supplies. Tow was definitely hilly - started at sea level and went through hills of MA, bershires, and into Adirondack mountains….
