wife has been getting the "service tire monitor system" and its the RR, i went ahead and got a new sensor thinking that might b the issue, but havent had it installed yet, so today told the wife to go get the tire and balance and rotated to see if mayb just mayb it had to relearned.

tires were rotated front to back, abt 30 min after she left discount tire, she said the "service tire monitor system" came back on again , but the catch is its still on the RR, not the FR(which used to be RR)

Probably because the code had not been cleared yet. It still thinks that sensor is in the RR, regardless of where it's at now. The vehicle doesn't realize that the sensor has moved now. You still need to reprogram them when you rotate to show where they are now.

Those are cheaper on eBay. GM wants an arm and a leg for those.
