I just got new tires and a new TPMS and I need to find out how to program it so my service tire monitor warning goes off. I saw the dealer can do it with a device which I don't have obviously. I also heard you can do it by putting it into discovery mode and lowering air pressure in the tires and inflating them going clockwise around starting at LF tire. Is this accurate? Or do I need to have dealer do it? It's a 04 Denali btw...

Thanks
Justin

Did you figure it out? don't you have to do something on the key fob first then let air out of the tires clockwise starting at the front right?

You turn the truck on, hold down the lock and unlock buttons on the key fob for 5 seconds and it will enter TPMS reprogram mode. Then you let air out each tire until the horn chirps, you have to do this to each wheel in a certain order.

All in your owner's manual.

EDIT: Nevermind, maybe not for you 04 Denali, because you posted in the wrong section. Next time be sure to ask your questions in the 2000-2006 section. :emotions122:
