2004 Tahoe having TPMS issues. I have replaced all of the sensors and reprogrammed them. When I look at the live data streams the vehicle is seeing all the tire sensors and pressures. However the tpms system is throwing errors still. Tire pressures are reading 36-38psi. Any ideas?

What specific codes are you seeing? Might need to use a more advanced scanner, as I think those would be body or communication codes.

When I say errors I mean the indicator light on the dash and the warning message in the message center. The scanners I’m using are an AUTEL TPMS and a Bosch ADAS. I don’t see any dtc codes in the modules it’s scanning.

Let's address the obvious here. Two things: What is the manufacturer of the TPM sensors? Are you 100 % positive the sensors were installed correctly. I have stood at a window, looking in to the shop while the techs are swapping tires on rims and have seen them toss TPMS across the shop, instead of walking them over to another tech, and seen them hit the concrete floor and then be installed.

The sensors are AUTEL brand sensors and I am the shop in this case. We have programmed the sensors new from the boxes and completed the parking brake process twice. They all signal the horn during the process but the warning light comes back on before the vehicle leaves the drive. Our ADAS scanner shows the vehicle is seeing the sensors as designed.

If the warning light is on, there should be a code.

WAG: any chance the truck is seeing another nearby vehicle's sensors?

I don’t think it’s close enough to see another vehicle. What module would the code be in? I wish it would tell me the specific tire it doesn’t like. What pressure range should the vehicle think is acceptable?

I have not aired them up to 35 yet as I just got here and it’s cold this morning. But the purpose of this pic is you can see they are all registered and reading thru the vehicle yet I still have a tire pressure light.

It would be interesting to know what the TPMS psi limits are set to in that vehicle. Those limits, IIRC, can be adjusted somewhat with a Tech 2 or other advanced bidirectional scan tool.

I still think it would help to get the actual B- or U-code, or whatever is triggering the DIC or idiot light notification. Has it been driven at all after the sensor change?
