This is probably normal. All of mine have done this after being lowered.

Have you found a fix for it yet, or does it still do it?

No mine still does it did it today while slowly about 2 mph turning into a parking spot in a parking lot lights flashed and abs pulsed the pedal and it did it today while making a turn at almost 30mph. Frustrating but no clue cause. I will try doing something to the steering wheel position sensor like what it says in the tsb Greystone posted see if that helps.
