traction control question

I have a 2007 Yukon with 2wd awd 4hi and low.... When I turn the traction control turned off it still kicks in. I'm wondering how I can get it to fully turn off.

Could it be stabilitrak? If you just tap TC button it only turns off TC, if you continue to hold it down for about 10 seconds it will also turn off Stabilitrak.
