Trailer Hitch Trim Bezel

I would like to find something similar to this to purchase for my 2023 Tahoe Z71. I've seen a few threads where someone modified the factory one, but I'd rather purchase one. Chevy and GMC make one for some of the smaller SUV's, I beleive the one in the picture is for a Trailblazer. Any idea if its out there (google isn't helping)?

you are not alone. I’d buy one in a heartbeat and about to go down the road of modifying the OEM one. I keep a hitch always attached but i don’t like seeing the cover mounting points. GM could easily have made one.
