Trailer Wiring

The right side turnsignal on the 4 way connector is not getting voltage. All other lights are working properly. Is there a connector for the trailer wiring or is it spliced into the harness?

there is a trailer harness bundle tied to left frame rail in rear and is spliced into the harness.

Mine wasn't spliced.. mine had a "T" connector and it is on the driver side behind bumper..
