Did my motor swap over the last couple days drove it out here knocking lol just got the motor in and all buttoned up. Went to put it in gear and nothing won't move in any gear. I know it leaked trans fluid but the thing that's really weird is the dipstick says it's way over the hot marks on the trans stick. What could have happened any help would be great

I just checked for trans pressure coming through the lines and nothing? Is my pump bad? How hard is that to change?
