Transfer Case issues

I recently replaced the trans in my 97 Tahoe 4x4, the issue that I have is that the transfer case now sounds like it is cycling in and out of 4wd and the button on the dash blinks 4hi. Also the battery go dead real quick. the cycling noise is after the engine is shut off.

Please help.

Your relays in the control module may be jamming or the shift motor may be stuck. Remove fuse #2 TCASE that is what is draining your battery if relay contact are shorted together. Do you hear clicking under dash when all this is happening?

yes there is a clicking under the dash, also I can not find the #2 tcase fuse. Also where is the control module located at
