Transfer case leaking?

I just got done taking my axel out to test fit the unjointed for my 14 bolt swap and all is good, I put every thing back together to my 10 bolt cause haven't had time to do the swap yet but after taking the axel out it flinging transfer case fluid every where and I have taken out my axel out and few times and never had it leak, why is this happening? Thank you!!!

Sunlit I have fixed it some how LoL I just got done with my 14 bolt swap witch went very well I took the axel back off and inspected the rubber for any dry rot or rips and there ways nothing so I put it back in and replaced the axel and now it like it never happened Lol

Brhahaha no joke tho I posted pic's of the swap its damn nice the funny thing is I got quoted by a shop for a 14 bolt swap for 2 grand and it took 300 and 7 hours xD
