Hayden and Derale make good ones. I've used both for thirty years with the former and just a few with the latter, no complaints.

Are they easy to install? Do the fittings come with the kit?

You'd have to look at whether there is a kit or a just a cooler. In the old days we just cut a line going to the radiator and spliced the cooler into that. So all we needed was some clamps and hose. My Derale came with clamps, hose and fittings to mount it against the condenser. I bought a separate fitting that plugged into the radiator so no lines would get cut.

Bought the last few Derales from etrailer and the separate fitting from ebay as they were out of stock at the time.

Etrailer shows the same derale adapter for yours as well. It goes into the upper port on the radiator, the flared end goes into the hose, the other simply pushes into the fitting on the radiator and is held in with that wire clip. I have never tried to use that adapter on an existing transmission cooler; always the radiator.
