So I'm in the process of having my transmission rebuilt and with the amount of metal i found in the pan I'm not confident in just flushing the oil cooler. Want to see or get suggestions on an aftermarket one or just replacing the radiator. 02 yukon 4wd 5.3

pull off your grill, yank out the stock cooler and put in a flexalite (FLEX-A-LITE 4118GMT), you can flush out to the tubes, that cooler will fit right where the stock one is, I even left the mounts and just drilled 2 holes for the top on the radiator frame, slapped right in, took less than an hour.
it runs about $110 on ebay.
