For anyone that does climb under to work on the vehicles, my saving grace is a roll out pad that my girl got for me. They are 4'x8' and about 3/8" thick and are foam feeling and tough. I have set jack stands on them and used a floor jack on them. I use 2-3 at a time and is quite comfortable. I also use kneel down pads that are thicker. It has saved my 70 year old body.
