My DRL's don't work when I bought the Tahoe they didn't work. I replaced bulbs since the ones in it were blown and the new bulbs didn't solve the problem. My headlights always cut on automatically every time I would like my DRL's to work but not sure where to start trouble shooting it. Anyone else have this problem? I tried searching but didn't really find anything.

Do you mean your headlights are always on? If so, check to see if the light sensor fell into the dash....

Well first off your driving lights only work when the vehicle is in drive, so make sure when your testing them your in drive. Second what do you mean the headlights come on when you want the drls to be on?

Yes unless I press the button to turn them off manually. The light sensor is still on top of the dash

I tested them in drive after I put the bulbs in and nothing. The headlights are always on unless I press the button to turn them off manually. Have any of the sensors on top of the dash failed before? My Tahoe has 301000 miles on it now guess it could be a possibility the sensor failed?

Maybe, or maybe the sensor is dirty/has a film on it?
