Cleaned throttle body but still have problem

Im having a problem, started out as if I wasn't releasing the gas while slowing to a stop but was manageable. Cleaned throttle body and now its starting the bucking upon deceleration etc.

Someone suggested the idle air control valve which I have not tried.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

What year is your truck?

My brother attempted to do his own cleaning on his 06 TBSS and didn't realize with the electronic Tb if change the idle position of the blade to clean it with the truck off when your done it will have to go through a throttle position relearn that could take up from a few hours to a few days.

What it did to his truck was cause a high idle & the "Cruise control" effect when driving down the road and could possible make the truck hard to stop. If you have a cable controlled tb then this is most likely not the case and you most likely have another problem.
