When I got the tune on my burb it was like a whole new vehicle. I could finally step out and accelerate. Then when in sport mode it was a beast. I've only used the sport mode tune a handful of times, though, cuz it makes me drive like I'm 16 again

sport mode? i got mine bb tuned last september/october... didnt hear about a sport mode!

quite honestly, i dont know if its just me, i dont feel like it made a huge difference like everyone else says. or maybe because i got it tuned only a couple of months after buying it haha.

I feel the same way. I don't feel any difference, stock actually drove better.

I have a 2011, not sure if that makes any difference, but yeah, no real difference I feel... and whenever i try to get on it, its like the car takes a LONG think and then finally decides to drop a gear and go

I'm not sure either.
My biggest problem is this lunging. From a stop to accelerating it just goes like a bat outta hell. I almost hit a car while parking over the weekend pulling into a space because it just decided to go when I tapped the gas to pull into the space. My wife just about sh*t herself. And at 50 it speeds up until about 55 and then cruises.

I run 87. I have no idea what autocal is.
I do know I have about $800 invested in this tuning and as of know, I'm pretty disgusted.

Yes.
I have no choice, my original tune file has been lost so they tweaked however thought would help.

A tuning shop that doesn't have every vehicles OEM tunes on record or have access too? WTFH is that nonsense!
Its All available online Via HPtuners and EFI live forums.

That place should be shut the **** down.
