Truck is making weird Noise

Can someone please tell me what the noise is? It may be hard to hear but few days ago check engine started flashing. Put my reader to it and it says cylinder five was misfiring check the plug out and it hardly had any rubber boot so I thought maybe that could’ve been the problem so I got new plugs and wires on all 8 continues now and now I have more codes that came up one was throttlebody actuator, and another was mass airflowhttps://share.icloud.com/photos/0bfSLC-r4VAzgXlOvoRMOdxUg
