Truck was stolen (PICS)

So it's been a few months since my Tahoe was broken into and stolen over Labor Day Weekend. I lost most of the pics, but have a few.

I moved my friends down to Savannah, GA to go to grade school with the truck and my race trailer.

Got all of their stuff unloaded and moved into the house and went to bed, woke up to the truck gone and the trailer doors open.

They cut the padlocks off the back doors and thankfully there wasn't anything for them to steal since it was empty, and it was unhooked from the truck with the tongue lock on.

We found the truck just down the block with only the window broken to start with....



Then upon further inspection saw this gem...punched ignition...


They had the truck, and the cops and myself think the emergency LED lights I have on the dash and the police radio spooked them...They snagged my 7" GPS and Ipod, along with the battery...WTF

SO lucky they didn't go any further with it and slash the tires and break ALL the windows like the officer said they usually do if they can't get the whole truck.

He said I deserved what I got because my whole setup calls too much attention to itself and I had it coming..... Thanks *******!

The cop was a real ******* about it, wanted to know why I didn't have LowJack, an alarm, Onstar, or "Why a Colorado Boy is even in his city with this shit"

Some cops suck, cant say all b/c i know some real cool ones. But that cop is for sure an ass.

Glad they didnt do anything else to it. But battery wtf.. was it optima or something..

On the odd note of battery
Everytime my friends car gets stolen, they keep stealing his windshield wipers. LMAO... We cant figure out why either..

Yeah not all cops are asshats, I know some real cool ones too being a firefighter, but some are just plain rude for no reason other than they can get away with it.

The whole column was replaced because they broke the anti theft lock, ignition, and the whole wiring harness...window, labor and all it was $2,400

Well i guess to be correct, he is a honda freak, so here they get stolen like crazy, but hes had a integra - wipers and everything else, a civic si -- wipers and rims only - civic hatchback - wipers & rims & suspension.. Integra (brothers) Wipers and rims... Everyone hes had, they stole the stupid wipers.. I dont WTF for.... lmao..

As far as the windsheild wipers tahoewhat that shit just cracked me up.

If i had pictures, which i might find just so you can laugh some more, b/c i lauged my ass off when i saw the pics after he got the cars back. The wipers were all gone.. None of them were anything cool either... It still cracks me up...

At least you got the truck back. I'm sure they took the battery for the same reason they broke all the windows. That police officer definately had a chip on his shoulder, and needs to be talked to about it.
