Have you checked to see if there is any power going to the pump?

If the pumps not turning on then it cannot be getting power. If you say all the fuses are good then I would make sure to check your fuel pump relay. If you had a short in the wire you could have melted the relay. Replace your pump relay with another one in the electrical center that is the same as it and turn the key on just to see if it kicks on.. If it does then you just need a relay.

If it doesn't I would go unplug the wires from the sending unit and turn the key on and see if there is power going back to the sending unit. If you have power at the plug to the sending unit then you know your wiring is all good, if you don't then its time to start following the wires back checking for problems.
