Hi Everyone,

The other day I looked under my car and saw this wire dangling. I was wondering if anyone knew what this was for. The wire was located in the rear driver's side near the gas fill area. The wire is brittle and would like to replace it. It seems to look like a grounding point. Any help would be great thanks, guys.

That is a ground strap. I would get under there and swing the loose end of that around and see if you can find the other end still attached to something.

Yep, what he said....

It looks like the ones used to bond different parts of the body to the frame. I'm speculating it may connect near the fuel filler area.
