My buddy was having random codes that couldn't be confirmed, besides a bad O2 sensor. Window regulator acted goofy, and some other codes -- but nothing to do with the charging system. However, after the alternator finished dying and got replaced, everything behaved normally, and the codes did not come back. It seems that the components were just starved for power.
