I'm trying to place an order for a 2015i and I'm sure my dealer is giving me the run around. I want a plain white one with mocha dark interior, standard 22" wheels, adaptive cruise, and the nav package that comes with sunroof etc. I refuse to have the power fold running boards. They look like shit and will break. GMC website options this out at $75,425 with current pricing

My dealer is insisting that the MSRP is $79k+ with new pricing but I thought gmc was honoring existing pricing for pre orders."???? Regardless I'd rather get an escalade at $79k

Can anyone email me something I can show my dealer. So frustrated.

I'm not sure how they would figure out what the 2015i would cost under the 2015 pricing structure as the packages are all different. I haven't heard anything about GMC using current pricing on 2015i orders. Maybe if you had placed an order for a 2015 a while ago and had it converted to a 2015i? Also, I seem to recall the 22" wheels being an option; 20's are standard.

Another problem you're going to run into is that the adaptive cruise is only available in a package with the power folding running boards. My dealer tried to order the adaptive cruise without the running boards but the ordering system just kept adding them back in. I image you'll be able to swap them for the regular running boards later if you chose/when they break.

Good luck with your order!

GMC website build your own changed sometime today, showing different pricing than yesterday. It has adaptive cruise and the retracting running boards, but nothing else in the packages, nor the 8 speed listed anywhere. You're right, 22" wheels, ACC, and Retracting boards comes out to $79,600.

Are you ordering a new SUV or modifying an existing order?

FYI, GM isn't honoring any old pricing. If you wanted the old model, buy the old model at the old pricing. There are several dealers still discounting the 2015s. The average price hike is roughly $1000 for the 2015i for a similarly built 2015.

PS, the price increase is across the board for Escalades. Whatever price gap there was before is constant from Denali to Escalade. I just built a loaded up Denali SWB with every factory-installed option and it came to $75610. My previous 2015 was about $74575.

PS...I just priced the same in an Escalade...2015i SWB Premium and it was nearly $88,000

Well,
We worked it out and I pulled the trigger on two Denali's today. So the waiting game begins. Cant wait to get it. One is for a friend and one for myself. She is paying for hers but we did it for negotiating power and it worked like a champ!;

Mine is a 2015i 4WD Yukon Denali XL, Summit White with Coca/Dark Atmosphere interior, 22" standard OEM wheels, Navigation, Rear Seat entertainment, sunroof, rear bucket seats, Adaptive Cruise, power fold running boards. MSRP ~$77K

Hers is a 2015i 2WD Yukon Denali XL, Champagne Silver Metallic with Coca/Dark Atmosphere interior, Standard 20" OEM wheels, Navigation, Rear Seat entertainment, sunroof, REAR BENCH SEAT(Not buckets), Adaptive Cruise, power fold running boards. ~$75K

I got a very aggressive deal and am very happy with the purchase so far. I was pissed we had to get the power running boards. I will likely remove them, Install the fixed ones, and sell on ebay. Don't like how they look at all and don't want the hassle.

Congratulations Jim! Now check back with that dealer and make certain that both orders achieved at least "2000" status showing that GM accepted the order.

At the risk of committing a thread-jacking, how long should I wait at 1100 before I start demanding some answers from the dealer?

Will do! I'll get the order numbers ASAP. Very excited.
