I'd think about servicing the tranny, Transfer case and differentials if you haven't before now.

I did my plugs - NGK's
plug Wires - 8.5 mm for me but not neccessary
fuel filter - standard replacement (special tool needed, but cheap)
pulled my throttle body and cleaned it - can of TB cleaner
pulled my MAF and cleaned it - can of MAF cleaner
flushed my coolant system - Dexcool
switched to synthetic oil - Royal Purple oil + Royal purple Filter
keep 35 lbs of pressure in my tires at all times (helps with milage)
grease all joints every oil change - mobil 1 synthetic multi purpous grease

Need to do
Flush and replace break fluid
replace fluids in transfer case and diffs
replace u-joints
replace intermediate stearing shaft

I have been using seafoam since I bought my kon 2 years ago with 85K and now at 110K, about 2 cans every time I change oil approx 3K. I suck 1/2 can through the vacuum line then dump 1/2 can in the crank case I use about 1/2 can in the gas tank and then I also pull the tb and thoroughly clean it with what is left over. There is a noticible difference when I'm finished. I think being consistant is the trick, not just when you have an extra $7 on a 5K oil change.
